Job Description:

Desired Skills and Experience:

Program/Project Coordinator

Job Function: Program/Project Coordination and Management (Learning and Development)
JOB LOCATION : Sultanate of Oman

Job Description:
- Works in a team to manage all learning programs and activities;
- Identifies, schedules and executes learning programs within a comprehensive learning and development plan;
- Manages all relations with providers;
- Coordinates venue bookings and arrangements;
- Checks that all requirements are met and provides logistical support to the learning providers;
- Checks that all audiovisuals are provided;
- Maintains a list of participants for every program;
- Coordinates attendance and sending confirmations;
- Maintains program documentation (i.e. attendance, fill forms, pre assessments, exams, results, evaluations, … etc);
- Produces reports.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Job Description:
- Develops new business relationships, generates and negotiates new business opportunities for LEVENBERT to a mutually agreed annual target
- Represents LEVENBERT to potential clients through direct communications
- Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
- Actively and successfully manages the business proposition process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; and handover to the account management team
- Possesses drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored

Job Description:
- Developing events ideas to proposals, to actual projects with clear deliverables
- Planning all details pertaining events projects, including finance, staff, customer relations, supplier relations, time management, and quality assurance.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that (exceeds) expectations
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
